It is important to recognize and utilize seniors in the spiritual ministry of the church. The Mission of the Senior Adult Ministry (SAM) of the Christian Church in Florida (Disciples of Christ) is to respond to God’s call to share love, resources and encouragement for and by senior adults in our churches and communities.

S.A.M.'s vision is to recognize and uplift the value and potential of senior adults within the region by providing opportunities for meeting the needs and utilizing the gifts of the whole person.
