In keeping with the Policies and Criteria for the Order of Ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Florida, the Commission On Ministry is responsible for reviewing and certifying the standing of all ordained and licensed ministers serving in ministry in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Florida. By completing and returning this form you enable the Commission On Ministry to become acquainted with you and to affirm your ministry as one for whose standing we are responsible. Once your standing is certified your name will be listed in the Ministers Directory of the 2010 Year Book and Directory of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). As a minister with standing, you may call upon the church for such services and support as Search and Call assistance, ecclesiastical endorsement, and scholarship aid. You will have voting privileges in the General Assemblies and in the Florida Regional Assemblies of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in accordance with the "Rules of the Assembly."
